Apikri participated in the first day of the **Fair Trade Forum Indonesia** forum through a hybrid format, both offline and online. The offline session was held at **Malioboro Prime Hotel**, while other participants joined via Zoom meeting. Apikri was represented by three personnel, consisting of two board members and one operational staff, demonstrating its active involvement in strengthening the fair trade network.
The forum was attended by prominent figures in the fair trade movement, including **Sunil Thapa**, Chair of Fair Trade Nepal, and **Netty Febriana**, Chair of Fair Trade Forum Indonesia. Their presence enriched the discussions, particularly in addressing global and national perspectives on fair trade development.
On the first day, participants focused on discussing strategic issues and defining the main objectives of the forum, which aim to formulate a comprehensive strategic plan. The session emphasized the SWOT analysis process, encouraging participants to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats as a foundation for future program development and collaboration within the fair trade ecosystem.
