Apikri continued its active participation in the second day of the **Forum Fair Trade Indonesia** through a hybrid format, combining both offline and online sessions. The cooperative was represented by three personnel, consisting of two board members and one staff member. The offline session took place at Malioboro Prime Hotel, while other participants joined virtually via Zoom meeting.
The second day of the forum focused on deepening SWOT analysis and sharpening the organization’s vision and mission. Participants engaged in interactive discussions aimed at identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats within their respective organizations. This process was designed to help members better understand their current positions and develop more strategic and adaptive programs.
Through a collaborative brainstorming approach among FFTI members, Apikri actively contributed ideas and insights during the session. The activity encouraged open dialogue and knowledge sharing, strengthening cooperation among fair trade actors while reinforcing Apikri’s commitment to continuous improvement and sustainable development in the fair trade sector.
