Apikri held its Annual General Meeting (RAT) for the 2026 fiscal year on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Omah Kayu Apikri. The meeting was attended by 45 members out of 57 invited, reflecting a strong level of participation and commitment from cooperative members in evaluating performance and planning future programs.

A special highlight of this year’s RAT was the presence of Apikri’s founders, making the event particularly meaningful. Of the founders who are usually unable to attend, four were expected, and thankfully, only one founder could not be present due to the long distance from Pekalongan. This made the gathering even more memorable as it brought together key figures in Apikri’s history.

Among those who attended were Qomariah from Klaten, Lejar, who showed great spirit by attending in a wheelchair, and Marwan from Yogyakarta. In addition, the wife of the late Amir Panzuri also traveled from Jakarta to join the meeting, adding a heartfelt and emotional touch to the occasion.

Their presence was warmly welcomed by all participants, symbolizing unity, respect, and continuity within the cooperative. It was a rare and valuable moment that highlighted the enduring bond between the founders and the current members, despite differences in age, distance, and physical conditions.

This gathering can be seen as a strong sign of full support from the founders toward the current Apikri management. Their attendance sends a clear message of encouragement and trust, inspiring the cooperative to continue growing and strengthening its role in empowering artisans and expanding its impact in the future.
